It literally seems the stories involving domestic violence and NFL players has been non stop the past two weeks. It is definitely getting worse before it gets better in regards to the public image hit the league is taking over the topic. Now reports have surfaced that the fiance of San Francisco 49ers player Ray McDonald pulled a gun on him during an argument a few months back.

This is very relevant due to the fact McDonald himself was recently arrested and hit with a domestic violence related charge. The 49ers have so far refused to suspend McDonald and have continued to let him play saying they believe in him. Could this new report be why?
Reports were made public this week by the San Jose, California police department, detailing an altercation between an engaged couple at the home belonging to Ray McDonald back in May. That initial report left out the names of the man and woman but generally referred to them as the occupants of the house.
They said during the dispute the woman grabbed a firearm and held it at her side. The man then told her he was going to call 911 and she ran out of the house.
The report came to light when McDonald was arrested for domestic violence involving his pregnant fiance. The 49ers have been steadfast in the support of McDonald, but it is not clear if they know about the earlier incident.
