Daniele Watts, an actress from Django Unchained, was pursued by LAPD, cuffed, and thrown into the back of a patrol car Thursday outside LA’s CBS Studios. The true kicker is the reason. See the video below!

Cops approached the car where she and her boyfriend, Brian, were passionately making out and asked for their ID’s after receiving a call from an onlooker. Brian complied but Watts did not and instead walked away. After going a short distance LAPD officers caught up with the actress cuffed her, threw her in the back of the patrol car, and took her back to the scene.

Brian tells TMZ that cops approached them with a suspicious eye:

“Brian believes it’s because cops saw “a tatted rocker white boy and a hot bootie shorted black girl and thought we were HO & a trick.”

Watts sustained an injury from being cuffed and maintains that she was the victim of classic racism and police brutality … just because she was showing affection to a white man.

The couple have consulted a lawyer and will file a complaint against the LAPD.
