Burger King has just announced a new burger to the menu in Japan. The burger is called the “Kuro” burger (“kuro” means “black” in Japanese). The burger’s buns are black, the sauce is black, and the cheese is black. Check out the photos in the gallery and read more on the story after the jump!
The coloring of the buns and the cheese comes from bamboo charcoal, and the onion and garlic sauce is made with squid ink. The burger launches Sept. 19 and will only be available for a limited time only. There are no plans to bring the burger to the U.S at this time.
