With fall soon approaching, the most popular flavor of the season is Pumpkin. From pumpkin spice latte’s to now condoms? Yikes! A photo has been circulating around the net of a “limited-edition” pumpkin-spiced flavor condom by Durex. So, will these be coming to a store near you? Find out after the jump.
Over the weekend, social media was buzzing with news that Durex was going to release the most seasonally appropriate flavored condom: Pumpkin Spice!
Unfortunately, if you were planning on getting your hands (among other things) on these limited-edition condoms, you’re out of luck! Durex confirmed on Twitter Monday that the picture going around the Internet is a hoax!
In an official statement, “Durex has heard that people are saying we launched a
‘Pumpkin Spice’ condom,” Durex said. “We can’t claim this one, but we do love it when people spice it up in the bedroom.”
Pun intended, I’m sure.
