A 37 year old woman from Idaho not only let teens drink during a party, but one of them passed out and she didn’t even call the cops for help!!

On August 24th, Jennifer Phippen provided underage kids with alcohol in celebration of a teenage boy’s birthday police said. She wasn’t even trying to stop them from drinking even after a 14 year old girl passed out from taking several shots of liquor. Phippen was told that the young girl vomited and she thought the young girl passed out due to alcohol poisoning.
I guess to avoid getting in trouble with calling for an ambulance and making sure the girl didn’t suffer from anything serious, she decided to take matters into her own hands. She then supplied the teen girl with between 400 and 500 ccs of fluid and then put her in the shower. The girl’s family was unaware of what took place because Phippen didn’t contact them either. Luckily, she regained consciousness and was able to walk home the next morning cops said.
Phippen is now being held at Ada County jail, her bail is $300,000 and she can spend the next 10 years locked up! WHOA! Good luck with that!
