If Stella is looking to get her groove back, she is certainly not going to get it in the outfit Ciara wore on Friday! The newly single mommy stepped out in NYC for some press as she hits the ground running with a new album, and sported an outfit reminiscent of what my grandma used to wear when she’d “dress up” to go on an airplane. LOL! I’m sure that finding a new man is the last thing on CiCi’s mind right now, but she could at least remind her ex what he’s missing, no?
