First a Beyonce x Nicki Minaj collab, now this?! I may lose my shizz!
An interesting registering has been spotted on the ASCAP website, though it doesn’t necessarily confirm anything. With a writer named Nikita Riddick Victoria (who has several other major songwritning credits) listed, Beyonce and Rihanna are named as performers for a song called “Blow”…which originally is from Beyonce’s “surprise” album that dropped in December. So could a remix be on the way with our favorite Bad Gal?! Perhaps, but there are 2 red flags.
Marisa Mendez
One – Rihanna’s name is misspelled as “Rhianna,” BUT…her name is also misspelled various times throughout the site’s registry on songs that are out, so it may just have been carelessness on the behalf of the person who added it. Two – the writer, Nikita, had no affiliation with the original record…but that doesn’t mean they didn’t totally revamp the remix. So with that said, there’s definitely a possibility an official “Blow” remix with two of the biggest women in music is on its way! Ah!
