The apple surely isn’t falling far from the tree. Back in June, IFWT reported that Robert Downey Jr’s Son, Indio, was arrested for cocaine possession. Now the verdict is in and it’s no bueno for Iron man’s son.

Back in June, Indio, who was in the passenger seat, was pulled over when the Police noticed the driver smoking something out of a pipe. After searching the vehicle, authorities found cocaine and arrested Indio.

Today, it was announced that Indio is being charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and “misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia”. Lucky for the 20 year old, since he is a first time offender, he is to attend a program for drug diversion.

Robert Downey Jr. has already credited his son’s choices back to himself and his old ways and thanks authorities for intervening.

Come on Indio…don’t follow your dad TOO much in his foot steps, learn from his mistakes
