Hall, from Illinois tried to kill his female roommate, who is 49 years old, for allegedly eating his cookies. Police say that Hall became angry when he learned that his roommate ate three Chips Ahoy cookies for breakfast so he threatened to kill her.
She first thought that Hall was joking until he tried to strangle her in a bathtub. The woman’s husband and the landlord separated the two. Hall is being held on $75,000 bail.
