Christina Milian and Lil Wayne continue to fuel dating rumors, spotted out together last night dining at Mastros Steakhouse in Beverly Hills. Christina has gone on record numerous times stating that they’re “just friends,” while Wayne has been spotted with his fiancée Dhea and her family, but all signs continue to point toward having way more than a working relationship. Now, the YMCMB camp HAS stated that the whole shtick is just to drum up publicity for Christina’s forthcoming album (as she is a YMCMB artist as well,) but that could absolutely be a cover-up!
