Douglas True, 21, was arrested after cops found the body of his 22-year-old girlfriend, Briana Butler — who was seven months pregnant — lying on the bathroom floor of their Fort Smith home on Sunday, KFSM-TV reported.
The slain woman’s 2-year-old daughter, Bonnie, was found sleeping in another room after True called police to the house, located near the Oklahoma border, 40/29 News reported.
Emergency workers took the child to a local hospital, where she was treated for minor injuries to her face.
There is no reason some is “so drunk” that they accidentally kill someone! This make no kind of sense!
nvestigators found Butler had been stabbed several times. An autopsy was scheduled to determine the cause of death.
True was collared on suspicion of two counts of capital murder — one for killing Butler, and the other for killing her fetus.
