The Daytona Beach man caught Raymond Frolander sexually battering his son, who is under the age of 12, and then proceeded to disfigure his face.
According to what the child told investigators, Frolander asked him to sit on his lap and then took him into the back room of the apartment. Then, as the police report explains, the 18 year old disrobed the young boy and then molested him. The boys father walked in shortly after.
The father told police that he attacked Frolander in order to keep him from leaving the scene before police arrived. When authorities finally did get there they found him on the living room floor with his face covered in bruises and gushing blood.
During the forensic interview with the victim, he revealed that this wasn’t the first occurrence of sexual abuse from Frolander. According to the boy, it started when he was only 8 years old.
Apparently, Frolander admitted his guilt to investigators, telling them that he has a sexual relationship with his young family member.
