The Houston Rockets have a chance to be the biggest losers in this NBA free agency season. They currently have a deal on the table to Chris Bosh for 4 years/$90 million dollars, but they are just in limbo as they wait for him to make a decision. The problem is it seems that he himself is also waiting on Lebron to make up his mind before he commits somewhere. Now the Rockets may lose one of their most important players in Chandler Parsons to the Dallas Mavericks. Parsons agreed to a 3 year/$46 million dollar contract to switch teams, but the Rockets have till Sunday night to match the offer if they want to keep Parsons. Hit the jump.

Several photos of Parsons signing an offer sheet were posted on a Cyber Dust account controlled by Mavericks owner Mark Cuban and the team early Thursday, when the NBA’s moratorium on signing free agents ended. The photos, including one of Cuban posing with Parsons, appeared briefly just after midnight Dallas time.
The problems gets bigger for Houston though since they are time restricted to match the Mavs offer to Parsons, they would like to hear from Bosh first. However there is no guarantee Bosh will have an answer for them before Sunday night, and that could lead to the Rockets losing Parsons and also watching Bosh go back to Miami if Lebron decides to as well.
Nobody is going to feel sorry for them though because at the end of the day this is a business and at the moment the players are in control.
