A copyright lawsuit has been filed against Katy Perry and Juicy J over their hit song, “Dark Horse.” Read more on the story after the jump!
Christian rappers, Emanuel Lambert, LeCrae, Chike Ojukwu, and Flame, are saying that Katy Perry stole the music from their song “Joyful Noise.” The group first recorded the song in 2008. The rappers say that Katy Perry’s song “Dark Horse” is a copyright infringement of their song “Joyful Noise.” Capital Records is included in the suit as well. The group filed a lawsuit in St. Louis federal court.
