Justin Bieber just recently moved into a new condo unit in Beverly Hills and the troubled star has already turned the place upside down. The unit’s owner had an emergency Home Owner’s Association meeting where they came to the conclusion that security needs to be hired to keep an eye on the Biebz and his homies. The security will only be around every night (when JB usually acts up.) His neighbors have already complained about MASSIVE weed smoke coming from his condo and the cops have already showed up twice due to complaints from Bieber and his crew. NO BUENO, BIEBZ!!!
