While some guys are left in the friend zone to perish, some chicks are eternally sidelined. Such is the case with reality star, Shay Johnson, who seems to have no problem being Scrappy’s side chick. The rapper, who is no stranger to infidelity, found himself in some trouble with his new boo, Bambi, after an incident with a “friend”, Erica Pinkett, on this season of LHHATL. Here is what Shay Johnson had to say about her relationship with Scrappy:
“At this point, I’m just running with whatever we got going on. He don’t know what it is. I don’t know what it is. We just know we love each other. He’s done lots of things wrong to me publicly. He lied to me on national television, played me, but at the end of the day, what you didn’t see: he came and apologized and we were together and we opened up to each other and he broke everything down and he was very apologetic. I can’t hold grudges. I’ll say every negative thing in the world about him to myself, but when I see him…it’s like melting butter, like nothing ever happened. I get this smile on my face. He knows he does that to me.”
Shay also spoke on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, saying:
“Mona [Scott-Young] is not showing everything. I don’t hate her that I’m not on so far this season because they are still taping and there’s still time.”
As far as her own love life, Ms. Johnson claims to still be single. She also said that she is “committed to her work” and if she would get into a relationship, it would be with ….Scrappy! That’s a surprise.
