Shia gone wild? Apparently so! Hours before he got arrested and banned from a Broadway show, he was seen chasing and trying to start a fight with a homeless man over a hat!

An eye witness said that Shia confronted the homeless man on the street over a hat that he was holding. It seemed as if Shia thought that was his because he was trying to get the hat back.
The eye witness also told TMZ that Shia kept saying “It’s me, Shia”, as if he knew that guy. He looked to be whacked out and didn’t make sense at all. WOW! All I have to say is somebody please get that man some help!
