This is actually pretty funny. According to comedian Joan Rivers Kristen Stewart’s lawyer has contacted her lawyer and has threatened to sue for jokes she made about the actor in her book “Diary of a Mad Diva.” Not surprised Kristen didn’t find it funny, I mean she has permanent stank face, it doesn’t look like she’s laughed a day in her life. Some people need to learn to take a joke. There’s even a disclaimer in the book, which is due out next month, that says the entire thing is for comedic purposes. Relax K-Stew, she wasn’t serious.
“Many stars only do one thing well. Of course, the best one-trick-pony is Kristen Stewart, who got a whole career by being able to juggle a director’s balls,” Rivers said in her book.
While it was meant to be satire, the reason the joke hits so close to home is that Kristen did have an alleged fling with her married director, Rupert Sanders.
Stewart’s lawyer contacted Joan’s people and threatened to sue for defamation unless she takes her remarks about Kristen out of the book.
Rivers made it clear when talking to TMZ that she doesn’t give a damn if Kristen was butt hurt about the comment. She says Kristen is lucky her last name isn’t Kardashian because they were mentioned in the book plenty more than Stewart.
