The Orlando Magic are still in the process of rebuilding and are looking to trade Arron Afflalo who would be a viable asset on a championship contending team. The Chicago Bulls are reportedly looking to make that move.

The Chicago Bulls are pursuing a trade for Orlando Magic swingman Arron Afflalo, league sources told Yahoo Sports.
Afflalo, 28, has two years left on his contract — including an Early Termination Option (ETO) provision next summer — and front office executives believe the Magic are prioritizing a trade for Afflalo over working to extend his contract.
Afflalo scored 18.2 points a game, shot 42.7 percent from three last season and is a quality defender. He would fit right in on the Bulls heavily defensive squad who’s also in desperate need of another shooter. The only question is how would this affect the Bulls pursuit of Carmelo Anthony. Though they’ll be short on trade assets (draft picks possibly Mike Dunleavy Jr.), it won’t affect their payroll which is mainly needed to bring Anthony in.
