A rival company can no longer sell a knock-off version of “Snooki,” thanks to a lawsuit filed by the Jersey Shore star. A judge ruled Excell Brands cannot use Snooki’s face or likeness to sell their “Snazzy” fragrance, nor her real name, Nicole Polizzi.

Snooki had sued for $2.4 million over the knockoff, and though the judge has yet to decide how much she’ll actually get, she’ll definitely be getting something. Win!
