Starbucks is providing a free online college education to thousands of its workers. Plus it doesn’t require them to remain with the company. Starbucks has teamed up with Arizona State University to make this possible.

Under the program, Starbucks employees who work at least 20 hours a week will receive full tuition reimbursement if they enroll in ASU’s online program as juniors or seniors.
If you’re starting from scratch as Freshmen or sophomores, there’s like a $6500 Scholarship. ASU, Arizona State University is known for having a prolific online course schedule to fit the needs of many going back to school.
“Starbucks decided human capital is one of the most important things they can invest in,” Crow said. “Everybody is concerned about what are the ways to get through college.”
