Even though the Kardashians are signed on to continue through season 10, looks like as their series drags, their ratings drop. Could this possibly mean the show is finally coming to an end? Find out more after the jump!
I mean, it’s about damn time right? Everything has to come to an end eventually and with ratings dropping since season 8, looks like that time is approaching. According to blogger Nikki Finke the show’s ratings are hitting an all time low:
“The show’s Season 9B premiere was down -29% in P18-49 vs Season 8, and down -17% vs S9A premiere, and down -10% vs S9A finale. Let’s not forget that Seasons S8 and S9A were down from S7, etc. The Kardashians are krashing.”
Despite this though, as always those Kardashians are some money makers and Keeping Up With The Kardashians is still the highest rated show on the E!
network. However, with the price of each episode being what it is another contract wouldn’t even be profitable for E!.
It definitely wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world if the show finally hit its expiration. 10 seasons is plenty and it’s not like they need the show anymore, they’re all loaded and more famous than ever.
