Looks like R&B songbird Tamar Braxton got herself into some legal troubles. According to singer Emmi Kozulin, she’s claiming she co-wrote “One on One Fun” with Angela Hunte and that she later recorded her own version. Hunte ended up giving the song (which she had the license to do so) to Tamar for her Love & War album. However, the lawsuit states that Tamar went as far as using the vocals from Kozulin’s version, causing her to sue for 50% of the royalties from the track along with damages. Tamar’s reps released a statement saying this beef is strictly between the song writer and the producer– having absolutely nothing to do with Ms. Braxton. YIKES!
