Bieber, 20, was believed to be 17, still sporting his signature mop top, when the video was recorded. It was allegedly shot as part of his 2011 documentary “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never,” but it didn’t make the final cut.
Of course it didn’t make the final cut!! Bieber has been in water so hot lately, I’m not even going to finish him. SMH, but watch your mouth young boy!
