According to Whitney Houston’s family, they are outraged that Lifetime is filming a biopic about the late singer because they feel she’s much bigger than that. The big announcement was made earlier this week that a Whitney Houston biopic is in the works for 2015, directed by Angela Bassett. Pat Houston said, “Whitney is certainly worthy of more than a television movie. If Whitney were here today, this would not be happening.” However, it looks like the Houston fam has their own plan because according to sources, they’re putting together their own big screen movie about Whitney’s life.
