Update: Michael Jace, known for his role in “The Shield” is now said to have shot his wife over money issues. The couple were in a heated argument regarding $411K owed by the movie star because of the very home where the shooting occurred, which is apparently bound for foreclosure.
According to TMZ Jace filed for Chapter 13, bankruptcy in March of 2011 which would allow him to repair and lower his mortgage payments. Law enforcement has confirmed the children (both age 10) were present when the shooting happened in their Hyde Park, L.A home Monday night. The children are now in custody of Children’s Service while Michael Jace faces murder charges.
