It seems The Dream is now officially a FORMER Interscope artist. According to iTunes it looks like he has decided to start anew elsewhere. A single he previously released on May 6th titled “Black” was released with none other than Capitol Records.
In 2012 there was speculation that he was signing with Roc Nation, but the singer-songwriter later stated that Roc Nation was “family” but “I’m not signing with Roc Nation”, according to an interview with MTV RapFix. Could the flop of his fifth studio album IV Play, which only moved 23,000 copies its first week have been the cause?
