50 Cent and Chuck D have been asked to join the set of ‘Dream School’; a series focusing on inspiring and motivating 15 high school drop outs, on their journey towards success, as “the traditional traditional education has failed them”.

The two Hip Hop heavy weights will not only be mentors, but will work as co producers of the series. Sarah Barnett, the SundanceTV President has stated to Variety of the upcoming season: “Season One of Dream School explored the real life struggles that young people face today and how an outside-the-box approach can result in true transformation and a chance to start over,” “(…)Our audience responded strongly to the powerful drama and inspiration of last season and we think they will find this season every bit as engaging.”
