Not much of a surprise here, but according to reports Phil Jackson told Raymond Felton he will be traded from New York this offseason. Phil is new in his role and is trying to put his own mark on the franchise and shape the roster how he wants. After Felton’s off the court issues this past season and his disappointing play I don’t think anyone is shocked at this. Hit the jump to see what Phil said.

Sources say during exit meetings with players last month, Phil told Ray to his face he will be traded according to someone familiar with the network SNY. Felton has two years left and is owed $7 million so it might be somewhat hard to move him but if anyone will find a way it is Phil.
