Tyra Banks, has joined on as a co-producer, of the upcoming ‘TransAmerica’ a VH1 series focusing on the lives and aspirations of 5 women in the transgender community!
The beautiful Tyra Banks, an advocate of the LGBT community has joined forces with VH1 as they get ready to produce a 6 part documentary series focusing on the lives of five Chicago women, who are transgendered. The show is scheduled to feature the notorious model, actress and notable Transgender advocate Carmen Carrera! Banks stead of her latest venture:
“TransAmerica is a groundbreaking docuseries that will blow the roof off stereotypes and set the record straight as we experience the lives of these fun, stunning women,” Banks said in a statement. “I am so happy to be a part of telling their fierce story.”
The series is scheduled to debut late 2014/Early 2015.
