Although it was previously rumored that Jay Z and Beyonce would not attend the wedding due to the heavy filming occurring, RadarOnline, is reporting that it seems like E! network has come to a new agreement, where they will not film too much of the initial wedding ceremony.
Kim has also stated through twitter that although the notorious wedding is thought to be fully filmed,
