It hasn’t been as crazy this offseason with arrests, but we have a new one today. Carolina Panthers defensive star Greg Hardy (aka “Da Kraken”) was arrested in Charlotte on suspicion of domestic violence. Details after the jump…

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg PD says the 25-year-old defensive end is suspected of roughing up his girlfriend … and he was taken into custody on a misdemeanor charge.
FYI — Hardy is listed at 6’4″, 290 lbs.
Hardy — who made the Pro Bowl in 2013 — is a big part of the Carolina defense … and is reportedly set to make $13.1 million next season.
