Burr! Cold world for Radric Davis. It looks like, now, Gucci Mane will be in prison at least until 2016, according to his most recent plea deal. The Atlanta rapper pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. More info after the jump.
According to TMZ, the charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in jail, but under Gucci’s plea deal, he’s only expected to face 39 months … minus 10 months credit for time served. But, despite this info, he won’t be sentenced until July. He’s also expected to pay a fine of up to $250,000.
