Rich Homie Quan has been rushed to the hospital with a head injury, resulting from TWO back-to-back seizures on set of his music video shoot in ATL alongside rapper Problem. TMZ reports that when Quan hit the ground, he smashed his head badly and EMS was immediately called to take him to the hospital. His current condition is unknown.

This is really getting scary, as he is the third major figure in recent years to suffer seizures (following Rick Ross and Lil Wayne), and with them all reportedly involving the recently-banned lean, I truly hope this was not related! Regardless, we’re praying for Quan’s quick recovery!
