Since his downward spiral began, Justin Bieber has been given advice from many artists. This time he gets some words of wisdom from a Motown legend. It’s time Justin takes a listen. Drop down bottom and seek insight.
It’s time for a one-on-one. Smokey Robinson and Justin Bieber. The “You Really Got a Hold on Me” musician says that JB’s problem are his friends.
“I know Justin pretty good,” Robinson tells PEOPLE. A one hour conversation with with the 20-year-old should do him some justice. “I would tell him that the guys that you’re doing this stuff for, and in front of, and with, they have nothing to lose.”
With JB’s iconic status, many fans are looking at his behavior with dropped jaws.
“He’s not only living for himself anymore. He’s too popular,” Robinson adds. “So his image, and what he does, has influence on a lot of young people, so he needs to think about that.”
Smokey says that Justin should, “divorce himself” from all of the negativity. At minimum he needs to separate himself for a while.
Sounds good Smokey. While he’s vacationing from his homeboys, he could be educating himself on the Japanese.
