Even being the boss, Rick Ross cannot escaped the past. Back in 2011 Rick Ross had his birthday party at Umbrella Lounge in New York City where a fight broke out injuring a couple party-goers.

According to reports, only now Rick Ross facing a lawsuit from two of the party-goers, Edward Soto and Jeison Soto who claim they suffered injuries from Ross’s entourage and the employees of Umbrella Lounge.

The Sotos are blaming Ross from his lack of professional security that lead them to have multiple body injuries.

Apparently this isn’t the first time, the Sotos tried to summon Rick Ross when back in December 2012, Ross failed to respond to the first summons.

Guess you can’t escape the past, even if you are Rick Ross.
