3rd times a charm for Kim Kardashian as she gets ready to marry her 3rd husband Kanye, but is that the reason why they will be having 3 ceremonies?
Kimye has to have 3 wedding ceremonies because of the government rules. Since they are to wed in France, and they live in the United States, there are various issues that comes along with that.
Reportedly the 1st ceremony will be held in California. A source says:
“Typically, the U.S. recognizes citizens getting married in France, but dealing with a foreign government and paperwork could be a nightmare. So just to make sure it’s legal, Kim and Kanye will first be having a civil ceremony in Southern California.”
That explains the 1st ceremony. It makes sense to have everything be legit and legal. Ok, now what’s the reasons for the other 2? In France you have to have a civil ceremony before the religious ceremony. According to the French Embassy, “A religious ceremony has to be performed after a civil ceremony, never before. The minister, priest or rabbi will require a certificate of civil marriage before and religious ceremony takes place”.
Whatever Kim and Kanye wants, Kim and Kanye gets. They wanted an over the top wedding and it looks like they will be getting their wish! Do you think they are doing TOO much?
