A sprinkle of inspiration is always greatly appreciated! Swizz Beatz donated a inspiring piece of his own artwork to the Henry J. Carter Specialty Hospital in East Harlem. He chose a painting that is titled “Victory”, so patients can gain some inspiration during their tuff road to defeat. How thoughtful of him! Check out the heartwarming deets!
The vibrant painting, aptly titled “Victory,” displays a large and colorful ‘V.” It was unveiled in the main lobby of the Henry J. Carter Specialty Hospital and Nursing Facility on Park Ave. The acclaimed Hip-Hop producer thought the hospital was the perfect place to instill some inspiration, since its residents are all fighting a battle of their own. “Victory is for anyone who is going through anything,” Beatz told the NY Daily News. “I want them to see a road of calm, a road to victory, a road to relief.” The hospital, which opened in the fall, serves patients with disabilities, including paraplegics and quadriplegics. Beatz went on to say this about his donation: “Everybody in those situations deserves victory. I want this ‘V’ to represent victory, and when you walk past it, it’s like, ‘You know what? That’s me.’”
