Mario Chavez stood outside the club and fired shots inside. He told the judge he couldn’t pay for an attorney because he has health issues. During court he said “I got a hernia. I will be seeking surgery.”
A witness said it looked like he didn’t have any health issues while he was shooting in the club. He was aggressive with a stripper and the bouncers threw him out. Police said that he went into his car, grabbed the gun and fired into the club until the gun jammed or ran out of ammo so he went and grabbed another gun. Witnesses said a dancer jumped off the stage and people where screaming, running and ducking.
He fired six shots in total but none of them hit anyone thank goodness!
