After arriving in Austin, TX this past Thursday, while walking down the steps of Air Force One, a big gust of wind almost pulled the FLOTUS’s skirt up — channeling Marilyn Monroe. After the potential wardrobe malfunction, it was on to the Lyndon B. Johnson presidential library, where Obama marked the 50th anniversary of the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964, crediting the laws Johnson signed with opening doors that made his own career possible, according to NY Post.
