Being Hollywood’s highest-paid television actress certainly has its perks. The “Modern Family” starlet recently dropped $10.6 million on a gorgeous Italian-style villa in the heart of Beverly Hills.
According to Trulia, a real estate listing website, Vergara’s 11,400 square foot estate has seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a spacious chef’s kitchen with a center island and breakfast nook.
The photos show rooms decked out with hardwood floors and furnishings, and high ceilings. The starlet can also spend the day in the large outdoor pool, or pamper herself in the spa.
The third level of the home also features a bar, a 3000-bottle wine cellar and tasting room, a movie theater and a gym with a sauna. With three guest suites, Vergara has plenty of room entertain and have friends and family over.
