A 2012 rape-stabbing incident has finally seen its day in court as a Romanian woman who prides herself on being an Angelina Jolie ‘lookalike’ was involved in the cabbie chaos!
31 year old Luminita Perijoc, has been charged with the sexual assault and stabbing of a cabbie, after she forced him into having sex with her then stabbed him. The incident began when Nicolae Stan, a Romanian driver dropped off wine at Perijoc’s residence, yet when she arrived at the door, she held the cabbie at “knife point”. She then casually threatened the man to pleasure her with oral sex and intercourse, while holding a 4 inch blade to his neck. When he refused to continue, the demon within Perijoc unleashed, stabbing the victim 6 times, before he was able to escape to her bathroom and call the police.
“I think she wasn’t used to anyone saying no because she flew into a rage when I declined,” he said. “When I refused she attacked me with a knife, and forced me to have sex with her but she still stabbed me.”
Nicolae stated that he did not physically stop the woman because he did not want her to flip the story, and allege that he raped her, so he complied. He also says, he has been the victim of unfortunate teasing for denying the Lara Croft ‘lookalike’.
“They don’t understand why I refused her, but they do not know what it is like to have a mad woman yelling at you at knifepoint,” he said. “They look at her, then look at me and laugh. But I think anyone would find it impossible to perform with a knife at their throat even if they were with Miss Romania.”
Perijoc was sent to 5 years in prison, but was reduced to 4 after she claimed she was on medication at the time of the incident.
