Apparently, Chris Martin met the assistant when Coldplay was featured as the musical guest for “Saturday Night Live” in 2011. A source reported that they were talking backstage and the two were flirting openly at an after party. Paltrow and Martin have stayed friendly during their split, even going on a family/friend vacation, after Gwyneth released “Conscious Uncoupling” letter.
