As we all know, Nelly and Ashanti dated for a latter part of the last decade, but broke it off at some point in the last year or so, during which time Nelly began dating The Game actress, Tae Heckard. Allegedly their romance dated back a lot further from what the public saw (aka while he was on “breaks” with Ashanti over the years), though that’s never been confirmed. However, in recent months, it seemed a reconciliation between Nelly and ‘Shan was on the horizon, as the singer happily posed for pics at her album release party in February, showing off Nelly on her phone via FaceTime. But now…the plot thickens.

Taking to his Instagram earlier today, Nelly posted Tae as his #WCW, adding “so what” in his caption, clearly for the TONS of people that will have something to say. Tae also recently posted a photo on Instagram of 500 roses she’d received for her birthday…so could they be from Nelly? Hmm! I think both ladies should leave him alone at this point!
