Yesterday afternoon, Amber Rose took a break from her busy life as a mommy/wife/model and caught up with a friend for lunch at Urth Cafe in West Hollywood. Her fashion statement left many heads turning, as it looked like Amb forgot her pants, though she was just rocking a Moschino t-shirt dress…which she killed, as usual!
