Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White found himself in some hot water after he backtracked on a bet he made on Twitter. After Duke was upset by Mercer in the NCAA tournament, White owed a fan Falcons season tickets. White however said he would only give the fan tickets to one game and explained why he decided to do so. That didn’t stop Twitter from attacking him but White ending up getting support from someone no one expected; it was from the fan himself.
Dylan Hoyt the Falcons fan whom White is now indebted to, took to his Twitter account to show his support for Roddy. Hoyt said he didn’t expect anything from White because it wasn’t a legit bet and all he really wanted was for the Falcons to make it to the Super Bowl.

White is lucky the guy is such a big fan of his and the team because many other people would’ve pushed until that bet was fulfilled.
