The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department would like The Biebs to be charged with a felony, but a source tells TMZ that the prosecution may give him a pass, IF he pays the $20,000 damage [still doubt that he caused that much damage], pleads no contest to misdemeanor vandalism, and be placed on an informal probation. Sounds like he should take the deal – no jail time included.
