Diddy may be purchasing a new mansion in Beverly Hills – a $12 million spot in the city’s gated Beverly Ridge area. It’s gorgeous and sits comfortably on 11,200 sq. ft., custom built to Keyshawn Johnson’s taste in 2003, and strongly considered by Kim Kardashian and Kanye West before they settled on a nearby $11 million Bel Air mansion.

Almost seems like a no-brainer, but there’s ONE thing that Diddy’s needs to know before he can commit – HOW HARD CAN HE RAGE?! The music mogul has asked the local homeowners’ association about its party policies, and won’t make an offer if he finds that they’re strict about parties. Word is,t though, the Homeowner’s Assosciation is pretty flexible because lots of famous residents are known for their huge ragers. Seems like Puff could be making an offer soon, then!
