Over the weekend, Chris Brown was kicked out of the Malibu rehab facility where he’d been staying for the last couple of months on a court-mandated order, and reportedly jailed as that violated the terms of his agreement with the court. Little information was given as to why he’d been kicked out, though it was reported it did NOT have to do with drugs or violence. Today, it’s been revealed that it was a combination of rule violations, most importantly – not staying at least 2 feet away from the women.

The rehab facility apparently imposed the 2-foot rule because of the Rihanna case, and Chris violated it by touching elbows and hands with a woman. (Wow, bro…) Violation number two came in the form of refusing to take a drug test immediately upon his return from an authorized outing, and though he later submitted and the results were negative, the initial refusal still put him in violation. As for the third and final deal-breaker – the facility claims Chris made “a mockery of rehab” during a group session with some “harsh comments.”
Reports state that Chris is still currently being held in jail without bail with a court date set for later today, but some photos and tweets that producer Polow Da Don shared seem to speak to something different. Upon news breaking of Chris’ arrest, Polow posted two images of him alongside Chris in the studio, along with tweets urging people “not to believe the media.” There has not been full details regarding Chris’ imprisonment, so there is a possibility he is out, but there’s also the possibility these photos are not brand new, and simply posted to show support.
Though I know rules are rules, I really think it’s unfair they kicked Chris out of the facility, when the guy CLEARLY needs help. They’ve already revealed he has bi-polar disorder, so why get him in more trouble for small things when that’s really nothing in the bigger picture? What do you think of the situation? Is he getting what he deserves, or are they being too hard on him? Let us know in the comments!
