21 year old Rashad Owens has been charged with capital murder on Friday police said. He was fleeing from the police when he just drove his car right into a crowd of people listening to music. Authorities hasn’t released the names of the victims as of yet, but a statement has been made on MassiveMusic’s website which identified their creative director, Steven Craenmehr, as one of the victims who was killed. “During the 8 years that Steven worked for MassiveMusic, we got to know him as an unstoppable force, full of life, love and laughter”.
